Pillar · We build what we rank

Development Services

Most agencies hand you a technical audit and hope your devs act on it. We build the sites, the AI agents and the platforms ourselves — so the SEO we recommend actually gets shipped, and the products we build are engineered to rank from day one.

  • We implement the fixes we recommend — not a to-do list
  • Engineered for Core Web Vitals and search from day one
  • AI agents, automation and MCP integrations in-house

What is REO Rank's Development?

Development at REO Rank — AI agents, web development and SaaS architecture from a team that also owns your technical SEO. We build what we rank.

  • <2.5s — LCP target on every build
  • 100% — Senior engineers, no juniors
  • 0 — AI agents shipped without evals

How we run Development

What Development looks like done right

The operating principles behind every engagement — the reason this compounds instead of drifting.

We ship the fix, not the ticket

The SEO and performance work we recommend, we implement ourselves — you get shipped changes and measured results, not a to-do list your devs never get to.

Built to rank from commit one

Everything we build — sites, agents, platforms — is engineered for Core Web Vitals, crawlability and structured data from the first commit, not retrofitted later.

One team owns SEO and the code

No more “that is a dev question” hand-offs between your agency and your engineers. The people who find the technical issues are the people who fix them.

Production-grade, not demo-grade

AI agents ship with evals and guardrails; platforms ship with tests, monitoring and docs. We build things that survive real traffic, not screenshots.

01The audit-to-shipped gap is where most SEO quietly dies
The gap

The audit-to-shipped gap is where most SEO quietly dies

Here is the pattern that kills technical SEO: an agency runs an audit, hands your team a forty-item to-do list, and moves on. Your engineers — already buried in the product roadmap — action three of the forty, six months late. The rankings never move, and everyone blames the channel. The problem was never the recommendations. It was the hand-off. We close the gap by doing the engineering ourselves: the schema, the Core Web Vitals work, the render fixes, the migration without traffic loss. You approve the work; we ship it. The result is that the SEO strategy and the code that implements it are never more than one team apart.

  • We implement the technical SEO, not just recommend it
  • Core Web Vitals, schema, crawl and render fixes shipped by us
  • Migrations without the traffic cliff
  • No more “the devs never got to it”
02We build what we rank — so it ranks from day one
The advantage

We build what we rank — so it ranks from day one

When the team that understands search also writes the code, the product comes out of the oven already optimised. The information architecture maps to how people search. The pages are server-rendered and fast. The structured data is there before launch, not bolted on after a ranking drop. That is true whether we are building a marketing site, an AI agent that answers customer questions, or a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Search-readiness is an architecture decision, and we make it at the start — which is exactly why an agency that only writes audits can never quite get you there.

  • Search-ready architecture decided at design time
  • Server-rendered, fast, indexable by default
  • Structured data shipped with the build, not after
  • From marketing sites to AI agents to SaaS platforms
Why we do not just hand you an audit

Recommend, or actually ship it? We do both — that is the point.

The difference between a traditional agency and a team that owns the codebase, on the work that actually moves rankings.

The usual way

Recommend, then hand off
  • You get a report and a to-do list
  • Your engineers have to find time to action it
  • Fixes ship late, partially, or never
  • When rankings do not move, the channel gets blamed

The REO Rank way

Recommend and ship it
  • We implement the fixes we recommend
  • One team owns the SEO strategy and the code
  • Changes ship in days, measured against a KPI
  • What we build is engineered to rank from the start

You do not need another audit sitting in a Google Doc. You need the fixes shipped — by the people who found them. That is the whole reason we build as well as recommend.

How we engage

A clear Development engagement, run the same way every time

Simple on purpose — so you always know what’s happening and why.

01

Audit & scope

We map the technical debt, the search opportunity and the build — with a clear scope and the KPIs the work is responsible for.

02

Architect for search

Information architecture, rendering, performance budgets and structured data decided at design time, not retrofitted later.

03

Build & ship

Senior engineers implement — sites, agents, platforms and the technical SEO — with tests, evals and guardrails where they matter.

04

Measure & maintain

We tie the work to Core Web Vitals, rankings and revenue, then monitor and maintain so it does not quietly regress.

What our programs produce

Numbers that hold up

Average measurable outcomes across active engagements — every number traceable in the dashboard we ship.

  • Verified across 500+ live client engagements
  • Reported via live Looker Studio dashboards
  • Tied to revenue KPIs, not vanity metrics

Development questions

Straight answers on Development

The questions founders actually ask before they engage.

Do you just audit, or actually implement the fixes?
We implement. The technical SEO, performance and structured-data work we recommend, we ship ourselves — you approve the work and we do the engineering. That is the entire reason the Development pillar exists: to close the gap between the audit and the shipped change.
Will the site actually be built to rank?
Yes — search-readiness is designed in, not bolted on. Server rendering, Core Web Vitals budgets, clean information architecture and structured data are part of the build from the first commit, because the team writing the code also owns your SEO.
Can you work with our existing codebase and stack?
Usually, yes. We work across custom stacks, WordPress, headless and common frameworks, and we can take over or extend an in-progress build rather than insisting on a rewrite. We start by reading your code, not replacing it.
Do you build AI agents for production or just demos?
Production. Every agent ships with evals, guardrails, logging and the MCP/tool integrations it needs to be safe and useful under real traffic — not a slick demo that falls over the first time a real customer uses it.
How do you handle Core Web Vitals?
We set a performance budget up front and engineer to it — rendering strategy, image pipeline, code-splitting and third-party discipline — then verify against field data. Passing CWV is a build requirement for us, not a later optimisation ticket.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. You get the repository, the infrastructure and full ownership of everything we build — no black boxes, no lock-in to a proprietary platform you cannot leave.
Can you take over a build that is already in progress?
Often, yes. We audit the current state, tell you honestly what to keep and what to fix, and pick it up from there — including cleaning up the SEO and performance debt a previous team left behind.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Software regresses — dependencies drift, Core Web Vitals slip, content changes break schema. We can monitor and maintain what we build so the SEO and performance you paid for stay in place.
How does the Development work connect to the SEO side?
They are the same team. Your technical SEO strategist and the engineers shipping the code sit together, so a recommendation becomes a shipped change without a hand-off — which is exactly why our technical SEO actually lands.
