Who actually does my work?
The people on this page. Every engagement is staffed by the senior specialists you see here — the person who scopes the work is the person who does it. You are never handed to a junior after the pitch.
Will I get juniors learning on my account?
No. We are senior-only by design. There is no junior bench practising on your budget; the trade-off is that we take on fewer clients and charge for seniority, and the work lands correctly the first time.
Can I talk to the specialists directly?
Yes — that is the point. You brief the strategist, writer or engineer doing the work directly, with no account-manager relay in between. Every member has their email and LinkedIn on their card.
Are these real people with verifiable profiles?
Every one. Real names, real photographs, and a public professional profile (LinkedIn, Upwork or Fiverr) on each card that you can verify yourself. We do not use stock headshots or invented personas.
Are the specialists in-house or contractors?
Both models exist, and we are transparent about it. The senior people on your account are the same individuals retainer after retainer — we do not rotate a contractor pool through your work. Continuity is deliberate.
What disciplines do you cover in-house?
SEO strategy, technical and on-page, content and brand, off-page and authority, parasite/gray-niche SEO, and the full engineering side — AI agents, automation, custom web apps and SaaS. One team with one dashboard, not separate departments.
How senior is "senior"?
Everyone here has a track record of shipped outcomes in their discipline — typically 7 to 15 years of hands-on work, not management. When we say senior we mean the person who has done the thing many times before, not someone who manages people who do it.
How is work assigned across the team?
By discipline and fit, not availability. The SEO strategist who owns your account is the same person throughout; additional specialists (content, engineering, paid) come in as the program requires. There is no round-robin staffing.
What happens to my account if a specialist leaves?
We maintain documented runbooks and shared tooling for every account, so continuity is not in someone’s head. We also hire slowly and retain well — turnover is low. If a transition does happen, you are briefed immediately and the handoff is managed, not thrown.
How big is the team, really?
Ten senior specialists today, deliberately. We would rather stay small and senior than scale a junior workforce — it is the only way to keep the quality consistent on every account, every quarter.
