How long does the build take?
A standard marketing site takes 6–8 weeks from kickoff to launch, assuming timely content and feedback from your side. Larger custom builds with bespoke functionality run 10–14 weeks. Will a redesign hurt my search rankings?
Not when migration is handled properly — which is the failure point for most agencies. Is hosting and maintenance included?
Managed hosting, SSL, daily backups, a CDN, security monitoring and plugin/dependency updates are available as a separate maintenance retainer starting at $500/month. Hosting is on infrastructure we control, with 99.9% uptime and rapid support. If you prefer to host elsewhere, we deliver the project to your environment and document the setup.
What do we own at the end of the engagement?
Everything — the codebase, the design files, the CMS, the hosting account credentials, the analytics and tracking setup. There is no proprietary builder you are locked into. If you want to move the site or hand it to an in-house team, we give you a full handover package and an hour of knowledge transfer at no extra charge.
Do you handle content, or do we supply copy and images?
